To help our managers keep in touch with their owners, past clients, current buyers and tenants, SIRE will send to our full email database 12 times a year including “Tips for buying/investing and selling” “SIRE Portfolio Building”, “SIRE Market update” “Hot properties/developments of the month for VIPs” etc.
All you need to do is fill in your database page we setted up for your complex/building (Click here for sample). Please feel free to keep your own email database but most guarantee that most managers will not keep in touch with them regularly hence they lose many potential relationship building opportunities, listings and sales.
