Below is a projection.
Work schedule
Normal hours worked are between 3 and 6 hours two days per week
Friday is kept free for extraordinary tasks eg. Rentals, visiting trades, special projects.
This schedule can be arranged differently if required but work scheduled is be executed between Monday and Friday, not weekends.
Tasks to be performed on an ongoing basis:
Walk around Complex.
Pick up fallen palm fronds etc.
Trim any ageing palm fronds.
Trim grass edging
Mow grass
Blow/sweep cuttings
Trim hedges
Poison weeds as required.
Walk behind units 1 to 8 on a weekly basis to ensure neat and tidy.
Facilitate any tradesmen required, Body Corporate works.eg Plumbing carpentry etc.
General blowing of complex street and adjoining paths.
Occasional hosing, season dependent.
Typically, the different seasons require different workloads however winter can sometimes have you looking for things to do!
