Potentials To Increase Income:
Our re-let fee is based on 12month lease as I almost rent the units for 12month and almost non, for 6month lease. If new manager want to do short term rental such as 6month, and 3month for furnished units the letting fee will almost increase doble.

1. Admin fee: $2489.80 - We charge the owners every month for $6.60 -$11.00 for admin fee (in the Form 6)
2. Advertising fee: $2233.00 - We charge the most of the owners every month for $10.00 (in the Form 6) We use the onsite manager for advertising and pay $1300 a year(it’s in the profit and loss statement)
3. Keys and Fobs with lock out services: $4500.00 - We charge (cost is all depends on how many you order them all at once):
4. Meter2cash:$480.00
Meter2cash pay us $10+GST per electricity meter checking for them when the tenants the owner move out
5. Garden & lawns: $645.00
Ground units have lawn and the owners ask manager to cut their lawn(charge $15 per week)
6. TV rental:$1200
We have people from oversea or interstate as their companies transfer them. Some of them don’t bring all the furniture they need with them. We have extra TV at the storage(from previous managers) We rent the TV for $100 per month.
