- Task Management $2,400 - Handling works for Body Corporate, eg. top up top soil, replace plant, paint walls with graffiti, tipping big rubbish dumped by random people at entrance of complex etc. Anything that is not part of caretaking agreement duty and done for the Body Corporate belongs here.
- Repair and maintenance $26,848 - Repairs, replacements, upgrades of properties in the letting. Patch paint, tip of furniture, bins cleanings etc when tenant moves out. And also annual routine maintenance like fire alarm checking and servicing.
