Profit and loss statement

This profit and loss statement has been prepared to represent the 12 month net income of the complex abovementioned by the vendor/vendor's accountant as accurately in good faith. The net income complies with the definition of profit in the REIQ contract for management rights sales. The buyer should have the profit and loss statement verified by a management rights specialised accountant and/or any other management rights specialised professionals.
