1. Almost 60-70% Australian can apply NRAS property, if their income under the government threshold limit, then they can apply the property. NRAS tenants are more easier to manage than normal tenants. Because they known they pay lower rent also NRAS property is hard to find as well.

2. If NRAS contract finished, the rent will back to normal market rental price. At moment, we heard government might continue the NRAS program. Official announcement will be around late next year.
3. Everyone can register NRAS, then NRAS will issue you the NRAS number. Once you have NRAS number, then you can apply NRAS rental property. But your income must be under the government threshold to get approval.
