What is the Ideal Price Range for Your Next Management Rights Investment?

How Lenders Determine Funding
Typically, lenders apply one of the following gearing calculations for management rights financing:
  1. Unit Value x Gearing Ratio (usually 80%)
  2. Management Rights Value x Gearing Ratio (usually 65%)
  3. Combined Unit & Management Rights Value x Gearing Ratio (65%–75%)

  • Total Required: $1,155,000
  • Loan Amount (70%): $770,000
