Listed below is the information management rights specialized accountant will require for the verification report to be conducted on behalf of the buyer. (Please note, the date should be the date on your contract.)
Please provide the following information before the accountant's visit so she/he can start preparing for the site visit which is scheduled to occur:

2. Profit & Loss Statement for Sale Purposes for the 12 Month Period
3. Latest available Financial Statements and Tax Return.
4. Last Trust Account Auditors Report
5. Monthly Management Income Summary Report for the 12 Month Period .
6. Comment on Occupancy rates for the last 3 years up to and including 30 November 20xx.
7. Average Rental Rates for the 12 Month Period 1 December 20xx to 30 November 20xx.
8. Schedule of Unit Owners in the letting pool
9. Details regarding the following:
a) Number of Units in the Complex:
b) Number of Units under Management:
c) Reception Hours:
d) Body Corporate Salary:
e) Commission Rate:
Can you please ensure the following information is available on arrival on the 13 December 2013 at 9.30 am for our site visit:
10. Caretaking & Letting Agreements
11. All Letting Agreements with Individual Owners
12. Cashbooks, Bank Statements, Bank Reconciliations, Cheque Butts and Deposit Books for the 12 Month Period 1 December 2012 to 30 November 2013 for the General Account and Trust Accounts.
13. Invoices for all Expense Items for the 12 Month Period 1 December 2012 to 30 November 2013.
14. Monthly 3-way Reconciliation for the Trust Account for the 12 Month Period 1 December 2012 to 30 November 2013.
