The offer needs to be based on the assumption that the every unit except the manager’s unit, will be in the letting pool.
The actual payable amount will not be finally determined until the “Adjustment Date”
(a) 24 months after the date for completion of the relevant stage; or
(b) 30 days after the day by which completion of the sale by the seller of every lot in the relevant stage has occurred.
The business price is subject to a price reduction for each unit not sold to an investor at the final adjustment.
