- Actually create your magnet. Imagine that you are face-to-face with your client and share with them some High Value Content. Remember, this does not have to be perfect. We will refine it as we go.
- This is important because your magnet will attract new clients while raising your profile as an expert.
- If you don't have a Facebook profile, create one now on www.facebook.com
- If you do have one, make sure you have a profile photo where people can recognize you. Hide or remove any non-professional photos from the public's view.
- Think of Facebook like one massive party or networking function. The idea is to strike up conversations with people you are interested in talking to. * A note to newbies: If you're new to Facebook, I advise clicking around to see what people are interested in, what they respond to and how they respond. You can then join in when you're ready.
- Add at least 20 people to Facebook. Facebook will recommend friends for you to add also.
- You can look in the vault for messages to write to new people that you add on Facebook. See the document called "Facebook - Message for adding friends" in the "Direct Response Marketing" folder. (Warning: If you consistently add too people that you do not know, you will receive a warning from Facebook).
- Make a list of friends and acquaintances. Add them on Facebook. You may look through old business cards, emails or your mobile phone.

The main focus of this week is spreading your message by offering value (your UVP).
Action Step 9.1 – Login to the membership area
- You should login in to the membership area in action step 1.3. Take 15 minutes to go through each section of the membership area so you know what's in there.
- Eg. If you haven't done so already, you may want to get insurance by go to the resource session of “The Management Rights Formula” for professional insurance.
- Offer your UVP (created in action step 8.1) to everyone and anyone.
- This could be via email, Facebook, current/past clients or people you meet at networking functions.
- Offering your UVP means you are also building a list of fans.
- Keep your ears open for feedback on your UVP so you can refine it later on.
- It's vital that you have a supportive network of people around you to help with ideas, questions and encouragement.
- If you haven't joined the " Discussion area, please do so now by clicking here. Then click "join" in the top right hand corner). If you have joined, be sure to share your thoughts or ask questions.
- The follow up email also contained details of a Facebook group that meets face-to-face every 3 month.
- * Tip: Sometimes the only thing you need is someone look into your eyes and say i believe in you!

- Remember the session you booked in action step 3.1? Book in 3 more of those sessions in the next 3 weeks. If you want an even bigger goal to stretch towards, book 6 or 9 meetings.
- Tip 1: You may want to use the document called "Facebook Wall Posts" in the vault folder called "Direct Response Marketing".
- Tip 2:You may want to offer it to people that already have your magnet, or other people on Facebook.
- What is your biggest sticking point so far? Turn this into a question and rewire yourself with list writing. Write at least 100 reasons.
- Eg. Biggest sticking point: "I'm not ready to serve yet". Positive spin: Being confident and ready to help.
Empowering question: "How many ways can I continue to feel more ready to help others?" - Read these reasons out aloud 2 times each day for at least 7 days (preferably before you sleep at night and when you wake up).
- Your UVP (Service Plan, Offer and Pitch) is the easiest thing to create in order to sell your services. Create this now.
- Eg1. A service proposal (see the "Proposals" folder in the member area).
- Eg2. A model of a building you are going to build.
- Start using your service offer with your existing clients where possible.
- The first 10 weeks are the hardest. It's the time where most people's excitement dies off, but it's not yet replaced by the excitement of tangible results yet. It's during this in-between period that people may quit.
- But not you! This deserves some recognition. So schedule in a celebration with yourself or with the S team.
- I would also like you to schedule in 2 more celebrations; a medium sized one in 8 weeks and a big one in 20 weeks.

- Some service in your management rights might be free as you building relationships. But you are in business to make a profit, and no one should offer free service forever. How will you close that gap? Henry Ford said that "Nothing is terribly difficult when you break it into small pieces". Take a boulder of a task and break it into smaller stepping stone tasks.
- Eg. Ask for a commitment of time instead of money: "I usually charge $XX for this service the first time, but I'm doing it at no financial cost for people that are committed and do xyz". This "xyz" part could be a xxx and show you proof they have done it.
- Look in the memebership area under "Questionnaires" for a range of exercises to send people or brainstorm your own.
- Book 3 more meetings in and increase the commitment by using the method above.

Action Step 15.1 - Refine your existing clients
- By now you will have had many experiences with clients/Owners/Residents.
- Write all of this client feedback down in the CRM system
- Open your membership area to the section on avatar (ideal client).
- Review your ideal client and edit if needed.
- If you have not done so already, type up the description of your clients(complete with name, age, job title, problems, desires and a picture. You can find a random picture of your avatar on google images by searching for something like "42 year old woman" etc.
- Put this 1 page printout of your avatar on the wall and refer to it when you make decisions. Eg "What would Rachel (my avatar) want as a UVP?".
- Open your membership area to the section about your message.
- Looking at your client feedback and focussing on your avatar, what message do you want to share with him/her?
- Refine your message. This could mean niching more into a income increasing strategy or not talking about particular strategy anymore.
- Your service is your way of helping people. Eg. 5 step system to prevent leaks in the unit
- Now that you have had experience helping others, refine and improve your service.
- Fill in a new version of the UVP document in the membership area.
- Practice explaining it out aloud to build your confidence in your service. This is because this service will also form part of your sales presentation.

Action Step 17.1 - Clear an energetic path
- You're about to go out to the world with your Facebook fan page. If there are any blockages in doing that (or anything else in your business) then just do it on the SIRE Management Rights Fan page only!
- As in action step 12.2, turn a problem into a question and rewire yourself with list writing. Write at least 100 reasons.
- Eg. "What will people think of me?".Positive spin: I'm courageous enough to share my passion and helping others to do so.
- Empowering question: "How many ways does my courage help others to in a better community?"
- Read these reasons out aloud 2 times each day for at least 7 days (preferably before you sleep at night and when you wake up).
- Yes! Now is the time to create one. We will launch it next week. The fan page will also be a stepping stone to create your website next month. If you are part of the SIRE Team, you use SIRE Fan Page.
- For instructions, look in the "Business setup" folder of the membership area for the document "How to create a Facebook Fan Page". (Facebook changes things quite regularly. So if some of the diagrams look different, try looking on the page for a similar button to click or google "how to create a Facebook fan page")

- In action step 10.2, you started offering your UVP. Now it's time to refine your UVP. So schedule in some time to improve it based on feedback and experience. We will be offering it on your Facebook fan page and website soon!
Action Step 19.2 - Reaching existing and old contacts
- Gather your old business cards and existing contacts.
- Type them up in an excel spreadsheet. Have these columns: first name, last name, email. Also, include a column called "source" which is where you met them. Eg. Networking function, old workplace etc.
- Add people to Facebook if you have not done so already.
Action Step 19.3 - Launching your Facebook fan page with your UVP
- Let everyone know about your new page and ask them to like it.
- Also, give away your UVP on your fan page as a "thank you" to people that like it.
- There's no need to get tricky with technology just yet, so you can just ask people to email you for a copy of your UVP. Or choose the done for you option we will implement automation as shown in PMR workshop
- This will also help to build your emailing list as well as your Facebook likes.

- Begin regular contact with your email list. Give them value and when they are ready to sell, buy or refer, they will think of you.
- Using a service like demonstrated in PMR to send emails has many benefits including higher rates of deliverability (emails end up inboxes instead of spam), tracking open rates, split testing, handling bounced emails and scheduling emails.

- The more content you share, the more people will optin for your UVP and the more people you can keep in contact with.
- Imagine that each article or video you share and publish is like a little person that is promoting your work on the Internet 24/7. So remember to keep creating content because over time the compounding effect is massive.

Week #41 - Systems Author Michael Gerber of “The E-Myth” said successful business owners work “on the business” more than they do “in the business”. What does this mean? It means constantly improving your systems and processes.
Action Step 41.1 - Remove bottlenecks
- Think about your business. What is the biggest bottleneck holding you back? What is the task you hate doing most in business?
- Focus on improving that part of your business so it’s like a well oiled machine.

- login the membership area to the section about sales. Refine your selling skills.
- Up until now, you may have been delivering a shorter or cut down version of your total package. It's now time to do the final increase to your full entire package!. This could be a full suite of your UVP.

Week #43 - Strategy You have had a lot of experience over the last 6 months or so. Now is the time to learn from it and improve your future strategy.
Action Step 43.1 - Re-assess all areas of your business
- Login to the membership site. Look at all the major sections and re-assess. What worked well? What will you do differently going forward?
- Based on your re-asssesment, set some goals with measurable results and clear dates that you will achieve them by (just like you have been doing in this 43 week program).
- Your ascension model is like a business development model. It shows how you attract more people to communicate with (eg. Your UVP). It also shows how you ascend them to purchasing everything you have.

- Look back on the last 28 weeks and write down your major experiences. When you read each week’s tasks it will jog your memory and you will realize how far you have come.
