Step 1
Download Lease authority form, Print it out, Sign it and Upload the signed copy below. Once we receive the authority form, your property will be live on www.realestate.com.au etc RE only allows licensed real estate agent listings to be advertised on their website – they do not allow private listings as it is inconsistent with their policy. It is also a requirement from REIQ that vendors need to provide a General lease Authority form or General Sale Authority with Synergy International Real Estate that complies with State regulations. Step 2
In accordance with realestate.com.au’s Acceptable Use Policy listings must only refer a viewer to the real estate office of a licensed real estate agent that is a subscribing member of realestate.com.au. Online form enquiries are automatically forwarded to your email address, phone enquirers are directed to a voice recording which prompts them to make an enquiry on the website that they found the listing on and once an enquiry is made on that website, these email enquiries are forwarded directly to your inbox. Most enquiries are made through online forms because it is convenient, fast and free. Best of all it arrives in your mailbox almost immediately. Only a small proportion of enquiries are made via telephone.
