- Check auction date and confirm with Auctioneer if agreed
- Help the buyer to get finance pre-approval if necessary
- Order property searches and arrange for preparation of contracts
- Produce local brochures and distribute to all existing prospects
- Prior to open for inspection, distribute invitations to all local buyers
- Assist vendor with preparation of property for open for inspection, ensure all valuables are removed or secure. Contents insurance should be in place at all times.

Week2
Review advertising results with you, discussing number of responses such as inspections, appointments made etc
- Follow up all attendees at open houses and any other prospects generated during first week
- Review advertising, amend where necessary
- Prepare property for inspection as per week 1
