Position: Inside Sales Agent (ISA)
Compensation: Depending on experience
Bonus: Available when requirements have been met for the month. Bonuses will be paid out monthly at a rate of $25 per appointment that you scheduled that was kept. $150 per closing if ISA set the appointment that resulted in closing.
Effective Date: September 1, 2021
Summary Of Functions: Schedule appointments, nurture leads, follow up with clients, keep up to date on the various systems we employ. Assist in all aspects of the lead by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing the leads in our database through calling, texting, and email communication.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily morning accountability check in between 0600 and 0800
Prepare and participate in our team coaching calls and activities.
Be on time to your scheduled shifts, weekly team meeting, and monthly call nights.
Learn and implement our company scripts.
Follow scripts to deliver team value and overcome objections.
Model our Mission Statement and values in your daily activities.
Prospect for the team while out in the community.
Track productivity daily
Outbound calling (cold calling)
Email & text leads daily as well as phone communication.
Convert leads to appointments
Coordination of scheduling appointment for the agents
Following up with new and old leads per CRM system.
Accurately qualify potential clients for appointments with field agents.
Change category and document everything in CRM.
Assist in any other assignments as designated by the team leader.

Bonus Requirements: ISA’s who work 1-20 hours per week, will have to meet a monthly minimum of
25 appointments scheduled for the calendar month to be eligible for the monthly bonus. ISA’s who
work 21-40 hours per week, will have to meet a monthly minimum of 40 appointments scheduled for
the calendar month to be eligible for the monthly. For Example: An ISA works 24 hours per week has
32 appointments scheduled for the month and 3 properties closing would miss the bonus because the
minimum requirements have not been met.

Summary Of Functions: As a Marketing Analyst you will be expected analyze, manage, and grow our
online presence and lead conversion. The successful candidate will possess a passion for marketing and
a desire to increase the productivity, reach and conversion of our marketing program. This position will
work closely with Social Media Coordinator to continuously improve the performance and functionality of
our marketing efforts.
Requirements for the position:
• PPC Ad management (Facebook, Instagram etc..)
• PPC management (Google, Yahoo, Bing)
• Analyzing and recommending strategies to improve organic search engine visibility
• Affiliate program management
• Segmenting customer groups, creating & analyzing email campaigns
• Analyze website trends and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and execute strategies to improve social media visibility and communication with our
customers
• Demonstrated proficiency in online marketing
• Knowledge of search engine optimization
• Experience and proficiency in social media marketing
• Experience with shopping engines / online marketplaces & affiliate program a plus
• Effective communication skills for gathering needs requirements and updating the organization on
status of projects
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and perform a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction.
• Proven track record of achievement and successful project completion
• Ability to solve complex business problems
• Assist with production and scheduling of team Events, Podcasts, Videos etc..

Summary Of Functions: As Operations Manager, you will be expected to oversee and ensure a smooth management for the office at all times. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical & organizational skills, a desire to increase the productivity and amazing communication skills. This position will work closely with Team Leader, agents and all staff as well as SIRE office and vendors. Must have great communication skills, ability to problem solve, think fast and outside of the box, have attention to detail and be deadline oriented.
Requirements for the position:
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and perform a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction.
Attention to detail, organization of files/paperwork/accounting.
Must be able to maintain confidential information.
Constant conversation/communication with staff and agents as well as communication with vendors and clients as needed.
